Site Build Spring $100.00 Off Special. The Best Web Business Builder You Can Buy

March 18, 2008

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Over the last few years a friend kept raving to me about her little web business.  She had built it using a system called Site Sell.  Eventually I purchased one of their “ web systems”.  Yes it is a system not just a web site.  I used it to build a main or back end website for all our other niche sites.  Sort of like a big hub that they all ultimately feed into.
It is always amazing to me how many compliments I get on that site from people telling me how they love the site.  It’s amazing because I did it myself and I don’t build web sites.  The site is www.torontoshome.com  and it just contains our backend offers for prospective clients to sign up for.  Nothing fancy, just very simple stuff.  But the forms are beautifully designed as the software contains a form builder. The autresponders are built right into the system.

What is amazing to me is how Ken Evoy  can keep the price of Site Sell at only $299.00

Site Build It comes with the best web and keyword research tools on the web. Except you don’t have to pay hundreds of dollars extra for them.  They are included in the package. You can go in and research your niche, search for your keywords, find profitability and then start to build your site.  You get the website building software and template and all of Ken’s many Guides on building web businesses.

Also before I forget to mention it the price includes your domain name for one year and your web hosting.

The instruction manual on how to build your site right from the researching your niche phase is extremely thorough and in simple laypersons terms containing Ken’s very friendly style with little humorous graphics to lighten your day.

At last count there were about 6 manuals available with the package but by now I am sure Ken has added more.  Ken is so warm you feel like he is your friend there teaching you the ropes.

There are numerous forums for asking questions and  Site Sell people are very helpful.  You get the feeling they all want you to succeed.  Site Build It is particularily great for work at home Moms trying to build a small business.  The best part is that you can try it for 30 days with a money back guarantee and right now Ken is having a spring special with $100.00 off which is just a fantastic deal.

Now this is not a quicky effort I just want to warn you.  Building a viable web business takes time and work.  So you need an hour a night to work on this or one day per week that you can devote to it.  I don’t want to fool you here.

But there is reason that Sitsell is one of the highest ranked sites in the world and why tens of thousands of people use this package to learn to build web businesses.  Once you walk through the steps of building a web business with this package you will understand what a web business is and can transfer this to any other web business and ultimately that is the greatest value that I personally have received from the Sitesell package.

Hurry to get it before the $100.00 off Spring Easter special is gone.

Good luck with it if you give it a go.

Serendipity and the Law Of Attraction

March 18, 2008

Serendipity from www.answers.com =  The faculty of making fortunate discoveries by accident.

Funny thing has been happening lately.  My web associate Bruce Hughbanks in Texas of  a product currently known as  Blog Matrix Pro.  Bruce sold the original  Word Press Mass Installer to J.P. Shoefell and now it has been renamed.

Anyway Bruce,  really like my visioning and goal setting system.  He was reading some private label products at the time and I said “Bruce, I have a much better system, let me show you mine”. After which he convinced me I should write it up.  At the 45 page point it had turned into a product. Which is where the serendipity and the universe kicked in.

All of a sudden everywhere I went friends and associates started handing me goal setting materials that they had worked with over the years.  Someone gave me a Dan Sullivan CD to listen to then our real estate broker who is just a pro coach handed us a few more sheets of paper from another source and so on.

Then I bumped into a Jack Canfield Book on Law of Attraction at Costco… yes I do tend to bump into books. As I read and listened I realized that they all agreed with my own thinking but some of them had clarified certain elements of language that I had been struggling with a little bit.

So I am about to dip back into my work and expand upon it taking it deeper.  Maybe this is actually meant to be a book and not just a Workbook.

But the point here is … this is how the Law of Attraction works. What I focused on is exactly what I have drawn towards me. The end result will just make my final book better.

Have a very attractive day.

Jack Canfield’s Key To Living the Law of Attraction

March 18, 2008

Ever since the movie “The Secret” came out everyone has been buzzing about the Law of Attraction and numerous books have been written on the subject.  Everyone seems to want to cash in on the phenomenon.

In this vane I was walking through our local Costco the other week checking out the book table and found a little tome written by Jack Canfield on the subject.  It is a quick read  but quite concise and describes how to live the Attraction Law much better than most.  So I would recommend grabbing a copy.  (As an aside here Costco has a very good book buyer and frankly my yearly savings alone on books are worth the price of the card.)

One however gets the sense that one of the primary purposes of the book is to get you to Jack’s  website to purchase his tools for working with the Law of Attraction which of course are priced a bit steeply and totally unnecessary.  You can just go to Homesense or even Wal Mart and pick up a couple of Journals for $5.-$6.00 a piece to create your vision book and your gratitude journal.“

Working with the gratitude journal and vision board or vision book will also be included in my new course on  Vision, Values and Achieving Your Goals which will be available on this site in a few weeks time so watch out for them.

Sharpening The Saw

March 13, 2008

One of the most important aspects of creating wealth is taking time off. Although my time is fully blocked and scheduled one of the biggest blocks is the area called Free time.  That’s not rest time or time for  me to re-coop, it’s time for me to have fun or sit and think.  Unstructured to myself with no one calling on me for obligatory functions.   Most of my best New Ideas generate from this time.

In keeping with that I was having a conversation yesterday with a colleague and client who started to wax on rhapsoically about the notion of a Yoga retreat in India.  I of course went into one of my rants about the minimum 20 hour journey to get there.

I am not the best of world travellers and have long decided that if it takes more than 12 hours to do it I either have to be staying for a month or I have to cruise there with my laptop in my cabin with internet connection so I can write.  Otherwise forget it.

I pointed my associate in the direction of some great Yoga retreats right here on the North American Side of the Planet.  Sivananda has a Yoga ranch in the Catskills in New York and an excellent retreat on Paradise Island in the Bahamas right down the beach from Club Med.  I remember some folks sneaking down the beach late at night for a little drinking and dancing.  Don’t tell the Yogi’s however.

You can find Sivananda at  Yoga Retreat  that link is for their ranch in New York  and this one will get you to their International Locations.  Another beautiful retreat centre in the northern hemisphere on 360 acres of rolling land with it’s own lake is Kripalu.  There are many more you can find at google.  However these two groups have been around for eons and are extremely reliable in terms of context and quality offered.

They can be booked by plane or a long leisurley train ride if you have the time .

My associate rushed off to book a more local adventure.

Make Money Online

March 11, 2008

Four years ago I noticed that about 70% of all business in my field were moving to the internet.  Today it’s up to 94%.  I decided if that’s where it’s at then it’s where I needed to be.  Back then there weren’t too many quality courses avialable to get you started. There was a lot of flakey stuff. One of the best was put out by the Internet Marketing Centre.  They are still going strong today and keep on updating their offering.  This month they have a $2.95 special on and I thought I would let you know about it.  Here’s the link    internet marketing course

Eat Pray Love

March 9, 2008

A highly recommended Oprah book that all my friends are raving about… Divided into three sections.. The writer lives in Italy for several months after an unpleasant divorce, to learn how to eat.  Then in India to learn how to pray.  Lastly she winds up in Bali, ostensibly to learn how to love.

Curious book… I found this writer rather winey and weak willed. The book picked up speed for me when she finally arrives in Bali.  The 3rd part I thoroughly enjoyed.  The first 2 were rather over the top with pettines wining and complaining.

Lots of cultural interest here so still worth the read.  I give it a 3 stars out of five.
