Diet



The basics of diet are quite simple.  You have to
burn more calories every day than you eat.

So to lose weight you must eat less than you
output.  Over time your weight will reduce according to how much you can
restrain yourself from putting food in your mouth. 

One of the secrets to a long life the scientist
have now proven is caloric restriction. Obviously what you put in your mouth and
your overall lifestyle are important as well.

So having said that you will need to start
focusing on making the rest of your life more fun and less on the importance of
what is on the plate in front of you.  Less focus on food more focus on
lifestyle.

However aside from the quantity of food you eat ,
the quality & type of food that you eat is extremely important to your life and
weight.

vegetables for fibre, lean meats & fish, plus high quality oils you can eat a
little more while consuming far less  calories plus boost your metabolism  by
eating “clean” .
